The Floor Layers Local 1310 have been part of the Carpenters’ District Council of Greater St. Louis since 1942.  Local 1310 members are professionally trained using the “INSTALL” program, in one of the best training schools in the country.  Our four-year program trains installers in  Carpet, Ceramic Tile, Hardwood, and Resilient floorings.
